# Can I install ArmorTallic over an already epoxied and flaked floor?

## There are flakes already on the floor. Is it possible to do metallic on it?

Yes, it is possible. The flakes will need to be ground super smooth then a thick flood cost of 100% solids as a base. Otherwise the irregularity of the flakes will telegraph through and metallics magnify every tiny hiccup in the floor.
