What to do if epoxy has crystalized?

Epoxy crystalization is possible due to colder weather. Place part A (colored epoxy) into 120-122 degree Fahrenheit water. Depending on the size of the container, it can take longer to reverse to a usable liquid.

Epoxy crystalization is possible due to colder weather temperatures in transit. Most epoxy resins can crystalize if they are in cold temperatures for an extended period of time.

How do you know if your epoxy has crystalized?

The colored epoxy resin (part A) will appear gritty, chunky, or solid.

How can I fix this?

Place part A (colored epoxy) into 120-122 degrees Fahrenheit water. The warm water will reverse the crystallization and make the epoxy usable! Make sure the cap is on part A, and no water gets inside the container. Depending on the size of the container, it can take longer to reverse to a usable liquid. Check on the Part A container periodically until you are satisfied with the epoxy consistency.
